Speech Therapy
Our speech/language pathologists focus on all areas of speech and language development including oral/motor strengthening, feeding, swallowing, expressive/receptive language development, apraxia, fluency, auditory processing, assisted and augmentative communication, pragmatics, and articulation. Strategies and goals developed by the speech pathologist are shared with the family and implemented in the child's natural environment. This collaborative effort allows the child to participate and communicate within all environments to their fullest potential.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists focus on the areas of daily living skills, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory integration skills, self care, play and socialization skills. Therapy is conducted in the child's home environment and the therapist works closely with the family members on all goals and strategies. This collaborative effort allows the child to be as independent as possible in their home, school, community, and public settings.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists focus on the areas of postural control, motor planning, coordination, balance, strength, locomotion and gait. While treating in the home environment, our therapists educate family and caregivers on techniques to practice at home. Recommendations are given for equipment, toys, and other programs. The goal is to allow the child to be as independent as possible in their home, school, community, and public settings.
