Leslie Kwasny - Speech/Language Pathologist

Leslie Kwasny, M.S. CCC-SLP graduated from Arizona State University in 2002 with her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders. Leslie provided therapy for 3 ½ years in the Kyrene School District as a Preschool Speech Language Pathologist. In 2005, she moved to Las Vegas with her family. There she worked in a therapy clinic with children of all ages and for Easter Seals of Nevada in early intervention services. This is where she realized how important it is and what an impact it makes to work with a child and their family in the home environment. In January 2009, she moved back to Phoenix and joined Desert Valley Pediatric Therapy. She has experience working with a wide range of speech and language disabilities, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Apraxia. She also has experience working with children with Feeding Difficulties. Her main goal is to help children to better communicate with their family and friends. She is looking forward to making a real difference in not only the children’s life but the family as well.
